Yes. All Embassy Row Project platforms and services are fully grant-funded by James Scott through Strategic Capability Philanthropy. Qualifying organizations pay no fees for access to institutional-grade intelligence, technology, and community support services.

Government agencies, NGOs, international organizations, academic institutions, community-based organizations, civil society organizations, healthcare organizations, and critical infrastructure operators are all eligible to apply.

The Embassy Row Project offers Platform Access Grants (full access to specialized platforms), Research & Analysis Grants (custom research and intelligence reports), Capacity Building Grants (training and institutional development), and Technology Transfer Grants (deployment of proprietary frameworks).

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Most organizations receive an initial response within 2–4 weeks. The full onboarding process, including platform access and training, typically takes 4–8 weeks.

Once approved, your organization will receive a dedicated onboarding coordinator who will guide you through platform setup, training sessions, and integration with your existing workflows. Priority support is included throughout the engagement.

Yes. Organizations may apply for multiple grant types in a single application. Our team will assess each request independently and may approve partial or phased access based on your organization's needs and capacity.
